Who is Pamela Feliciano?

Pamela Feliciano, Ph.D., is SPARK’s scientific director and a senior scientist with the Simons Foundation Autism Research Initiative (SFARI). As scientific director of SPARK, she manages the return of genetic results to SPARK families and works closely with external researchers on the analysis of genomic data from SPARK. As a senior scientist with SFARI, Feliciano works on developing objective and reliable outcome measures for autism clinical trials. Previously, Feliciano worked as a senior editor at Nature Genetics, where she was responsible for managing the peer review process. She holds a B.S. from Cornell University, an M.S. from New York University and a Ph.D. in developmental biology from Stanford University. Feliciano has a son with autism.
