“Adulting”: Effectively Preparing Individuals with ASD

Who is Mary McDonald?

Mary McDonald, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA has 25 years of experience directing programs for people with autism from early intervention through adulthood. She is an associate professor in the Department of Specialized Education at Hofstra University, in New York, and directs the advanced certificate programs, including the advanced certificate in applied behavior analysis (ABA). McDonald is also serving as the interim associate executive director of Long Island Programs for Eden II/Genesis.
